For windup-legacy, I added the following (before the catch for IOException) to JadretroDecompilerAdapter: } catch (ExecuteException e) { LOG.error("Expected decompiled source: "+sourceOutputLocation.getAbsolutePath()+"; But failed with error: " + e.getExitValue() + " message: " + e.getMessage()); } This seemed to allow it to proceed (albeit with not all files decompiled).
