I have made some enhancements to Ondra's quickstart located here:

This quickstart looks for WebLogic proprietary servlet annotations.
I added a couple more rules. I also created a kbase article on the Red
Hat Customer portal [1] and added that link to the hints.
The instructions are located in the README file. If you have time, I
would love to get some feedback on how to improve it.
Do you think it would be a good idea to create an XML-based rule that
does the same thing as a comparison?

Yeah, definitely good to show XML as an alternative here, I think. We
should probably favor XM. As it matures, it will be far more durable and
sustainable than the Java config..
