The plugin repository for RHAMT is here as a downloadable ZIP file:
https://developers.redhat.com/products/rhamt/download/

I do not believe that we currently test this as purely an offline installation, though we are looking at adding this testing for a future release.

Hello RHAMT team,

I have a customer [1] where their machine which does not have access to internet connection hence they not access http://download.jboss.org.

By any chance, is it possible to install the RHAMT plugin at DevStudio in offline mode?

Please consider, offer any suggestions.
