[aerogear-dev] [aerogear-controller] Default Error Page

Hi, 

I've updated the example default error page to use Skeleton (thanks Bruno):
http://errorroutes-danbev.rhcloud.com/aerogear-controller-demo/
Just click on the error handling link to see an exception that is caught by
the default error handler. 

Now, this might not be perfect, but I think it is better than the current
default error page:
