[aerogear-dev] Site Improvements

I have updated the main nav to group docs stuff and add news to the main nav. I have updated the left nav to nest the docs items and I have also added an index page for news which is just static links for now which we could make dynamic at some point.  Here are some screen shots. Let me know what you think.
