[aerogear-dev] SockJS and PushEE/UnifiedPush

Hi,

since the UnifiedPush server will not ship any "SimplePush client", we
should remove the "demo" files from the server:

* websocket.htm + JS sources

IMO the "sockjs" branch should be deleted as well.
