[aerogear-dev] Problems sending notifications Cordova

I deployed my app to a virgin android device and the push notifications
worked just fine.  I also realized a co-worker had upgraded the cordova
plugin.  Maybe there is a problem with using a newer cordova plugin with an
older push server (0.9)?  I guess I will go ahead and bite the bullet and
upgrade the server to 0.11.
