[aerogear-dev] AeroGear/BridgeIt chat demo

The previous incarnation of this chat demo didn't actually
have push capability. That needs four more lines of code
and it's described here:

The multimedia chat demo now runs directly from github so you
no longer need a local node.js back-end:
http://bridgeit.github.io/aerogear-js-cookbook/chat/public/
(This was implemented by hooking the AeroGears Pipeline to
the BridgeIt Echo Service and Push Service.)
