[aerogear-dev] [UPS] UI for Sent Push stats

Hylke, any feedback?

IMO we are done:
* 'Send Notifications' available from sidebar icon (with a "Select
Application" UI, when clicking the Notification icon on the sidebar)
* 'Send Notifications' available from Application Details page (as designed
and current UI implements)
