I think you reported AGPUSH-642 ([1]). I have created a branch out of our
stable 0.10.x branch:
https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-unifiedpush-server/tree/gcm_paging

I tested on my side and did not notice any issue; Do you mind testing this
branch as well ?
