[aerogear-dev] UPS Openshift Template

OK,

I finished my UPS template :
https://github.com/secondsun/ups-docker-openshift-template/blob/master/ups-template.json

It works on my machine, but if you guys don't mind whacking it some and
giving me feedback then I can make a proper PR to the AeroGear project.
