[aerogear-dev] Openshift UPS template

I tried with the mysql 5.5 image but the easiest way was just using the
correct env var, MYSQL_LOWER_CASE_TABLE_NAMES because I didn't have to
change too much in the template.

It's working well now, thanks for the help :)
