[aerogear-dev] [Digger-Installer] Android SDK download and license agreement

Making the text clickable with a url reference would be a nice touch. We
should be careful about licensing implications and try present as much to
the end user so that they acknowledge the fact an external license
agreement is being accepted when you hit return.
