[aerogear-dev] removed local link creating lo:0 for linux in oc-cluster-up role

Hey all! I removed these link in oc-cluster-up role
-- name: Create alias for lo0 (linux)
- shell: ifconfig lo:0 {{ cluster_public_hostname }} netmask 255.255.255.0
up
- become: yes
- changed_when: false
- when: ansible_os_family in ["RedHat", "Debian"]
Let me know if you have any issues before I send fix
Issues can happen when clean setup is performed
