[aerogear-dev] Operator framework

Hi,

we have some code that kinda implements the "k8s operator pattern" (e.g.
the ups-config-operator, which is not yet a k8s controller...)

IMO it's worth trying to port code repositories that are trying to be a
'k8s operator', towards the new Operator Framework:
