[Aerogear-users] Upgrade guide/documentation for migrating aerogear from 1.1.X to 1.2.3

Please help me out in sharing the upgrade guide or documentation for
migrating aerogear from 1.1.X to 1.2.3. Heard that there is a script that we
can use for the migration, but unsure about the process to follow.
