[Apiman-user] Is there a distribution of apiman-plugins for each release?

All apiman plugins are built and deployed to maven central where they are
downloaded (by apiman) when installed in the UI. If your production server
cannot access the internet, you can download the full maven repository of
apiman plugins here:
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/io/apiman/plugins/apiman-plugins-repository/
I think there is documentation about this somewhere...
@msavy do you recall where documentation exists about setting up a custom
local maven repository?
