Aslak Knutsen edited comment on ARQ-235 at 8/3/10 5:09 AM:
-----------------------------------------------------------
This should be a configurable option for Arquillian, not the Container.
Today LifeCycle events are mapped to Container method in the following way:
@BeforeSuite -> container.start()
@BeforeClass -> container.deploy()
@AfterClass -> container.undeploy()
@AfterSuite -> container.stop()
Arquillian will give a option to remap these, to be e.g.
- Restart server pr test class
@BeforeClass -> container.start()
@BeforeClass -> container.deploy()
@AfterClass -> container.undeploy()
@AfterClass -> container.stop()
- Redeploy pr test method
@BeforeSuite -> container.start()
@Before -> container.deploy()
@After -> container.undeploy()
@AfterSuite -> container.stop()
The Container impl should follow the the DeployableContainer SPI and don't care about when this happens
