Introduce convention for fetching datasets from /datasources folder first.

It would be handy to assume that all datasets are stored in "datasets" folder and in the same time not forcing user to write full location all the time. So the convention should work as follows:
* Check if given dataset file is in /datasets folder
* If it's not there assume that it's stored in the root folder.
