        Summary: Byteman Agent should be installed on demand  (was: Manual install of Byteman)
    Description: The Byteman Agent is installed in BeforeSuite, which means it will install the Agent in the Client/Container JVM weather the TestClass use Byteman or not. The Agent Installer should be changed to trigger on first use.   (was: It should be possible to manually install Byteman integration on a per test case (class level).

That would make it easier to use in the global JUnit setup.)
