* ejb jar from 'unknown' gav 
** update to jboss-spec
* jetty namespace instead of newer eclipse
** update to newer jetty version in eclipse namespace
* internal weld-build pom config not packaged (damn you maven having no separation between build and publish!)
** exclude weld-build-config artifact from cdi enricher
