Before releasing,

I would actually suggest placing all Selenium artifacts to {{org.jboss.arquillian.selenium}} namespace

and phantomjs-binary to {{org.jboss.arquillian.phantomjs}} namespace
since phantomjs is not really limited to Selenium.
