EDIT: I was wrong, the MANIFEST.MF in the final war is:

Manifest-Version: 1.0
Built-by: trifyllalex
Built-Jdk: 1.8.0_31
Created-By: ShrinkWrap Maven Resolver

So it seems to strip down the Dependencies line
