[bv-dev] BVAL-214 Sample

Hi,

I think it’s a mix. The code is based on proposition 2 (see http://beanvalidation.org/proposals/BVAL-214/#proposition-2). But at the end the difference to the API of proposition 1 is quite small. At the end I think that the name „ValidatedValues“ is wrong if we do it this way since an instance describe values that should be validated in future ;)
