[bv-dev] Moving the spec to Eclipse Jakarta EE

Hi Gunnar,

thanks a lot for sharing these details. It is great to see that Bean
Validation is moved forward under the Jakarta EE umbrella.

I guess the new mailing list will be provisioned soon. Or will we continue
to use this list?
