Modifications since last build:

[pgier] Change pom to download source jars by default.

[pferraro] Renamed servicePerDomain to masterPerDomain.

[pferraro] Fixed bug in sendRequest(MCMPRequest, Proxy) where parameter names and all but last parameter value were excluded from the query string.
Code cleanup.
