Modifications since last build:

[pferraro] Express load as ratio of busy to max threads.

[pferraro] Add mbean interfaces to expose parameters used to tweak load balancing at runtime.

[pferraro] Make mbean attribute configurable since it will be different depending on the session Manager implementation.  Default to "LocalActiveSessions".

[pferraro] Skip mbean query if name is not a pattern.

[pferraro] Make mbean domain configurable, default to jboss.web instead of Catalina.
