Modifications since last build:

[pferraro] Migrate error messages to LocalStrings.properties.
Fixed modcluster.error.uninitialized key.

[pferraro] Refactor open(), close() -> prepare(), cleanup().
Replace ObjectNamePatternLoadMetricSource domain, propertyPattern properties with constructor injection of object name pattern.
Javadoc the important stuff.
