[pferraro] [JBAS-4732] Multihome support: HAJNDI`s HANamingServiceMBean needs a configurable RmiBindAddress (like Naming`s MainMBean)

[pferraro] [JBAS-5436] Ensure HASessionState can handle concurrent JGroups requests
Refactored PackagedSession mutex into PackagedSession itself, instead of maintaining a parallel map.
Replaced EDU.oswego.cs.dl.util.concurrent.Mutex with java.util.concurrent.locks.ReentrantLock.
