Modifications since last build:

[galder.zamarreno at jboss.com] [JBAS-6017] Call rebind() rather than just bind() to enable redeployment.

[galder.zamarreno at jboss.com] [JBAS-5963] Add trace logging for cause exceptions when these are not propagated back. This helps debugging.
