Modifications since last build:

[jhowell at redhat.com] [JBAS-6343] - change local demarcation strategy so that it supports non-xa connection factories using transacted sessions.

[jhowell at redhat.com] [JBAS-6400] Add test cases and also add condition for timeout as unknown.  It's possible that the timeout could be -1, in which case we will have a large negative number passed to the thread pool.
