[marius.bogoevici] Changing the way in which BeanManager is registered under a unique name

- not using a deployer, but a callback on BootstrapBean (guarantees that global names are available only after bootstrap, helps integration with Switchboard and that BM is unbound when BootstrapBean is uninstalled);
- using an ObjectFactory to ensure that the BeanManager for the current activity is returned;
- fix so that JavaCompJndiBinder is registered under a unique name;
