[cdi-dev] Spec clarification on what scopes are active during @PostConstruct of remote EJBs or @Startup

I think the assumption was that @PostConstruct is called as part of the call to the EJB, which would therefore cause the app scope to be active, but this could be clarified, so please do raise an issue!
