Hm, I think *IF_CONTEXT_ACTIVE* would be consistent with IF_EXISTS. It's quite logical to have IF_EXISTS instead of IF_BEAN_INSTANCE_EXISTS because you define the observer "in the context" of the bean implementation. Thus it's also logical to explicitly state the reception refers to bean impl. context. Just my 2c.
