[cdi-dev] CDI Embedded Mode

deltaspike-cdictrl [1] contains an API for controlling CDI containers in SE, including controlling the built-in contexts.
There are currently impls for

* openwebbeans standalone
* weld standalone
* openejb embedded (includes openwebbeans) if you like to start a almost fully blown EE server in embedded mode.

We could also easily add jbossas7-embedded if some JBoss guys would like to contribute this. Should be about 100 lines of code or so.
