Good point Martin. I guess we need to also exclude all scopes annotated with {{@javax.inject.scope}} except {{@Dependent}} and keep all scopes annotated with {{@NormalScope}} in bean defining annotations list.
Again that doesn't mean we exclude these scope that means they cannot triggers implicit CDI for archive alone.
