[cdi-dev] CDI F2F meeting

I have to side with Antonio on this one.  For me, getting a visa and
passport together in 4 weeks time is just not realistic, especially for a
two day trip to Czech Republic.  Hopefully we can do some small kick off at
JavaOne though :-)
