[cdi-dev] New content on the site

Hi all,

I’ve just added 2 new sections the website.
- The first is the ecosystem page : http://www.cdi-spec.org/ecosystem/ <http://www.cdi-spec.org/ecosystem/>
it contains tools, framework and project based or using CDI. If you have other pointer or project, please feel free to tell me or do a Pull Request to the website repo : https://github.com/cdi-spec/cdi-spec.org <https://github.com/cdi-spec/cdi-spec.org>. How to contribute on the site is in the readme.adoc file

- The second is the integration of the Mailing Lsit mirror from Nabble Forum : http://www.cdi-spec.org/mailinglist/ <http://www.cdi-spec.org/mailinglist/>
It allows casual visitor to have easier view on our discussion without subscribing and give us a more convenient tool to browse and search our achive. You can use this interface to post to the ml, you’ll just have to create a Nabble account with the same email used to subscribe to the ML.

Of course your feedback, remarks and questions are most welcome.
