Take a look at https://github.com/cdi-spec/cdi/blob/2.0-EDR2/api/src/main/java/javax/enterprise/inject/spi/builder/AnnotatedTypeConfigurator.java and let me know if you think as a user, you're only configuring annotations.

> The method removeAll is ambiguous.  This problem doesn't exist for remove(Annotation) or remove(Class) since they're type safe.  The removeAll method presupposes that annotations are the only thing to configure.
