I'd like to focus tomorrow's meeting on SE bootstrap evolutions. 

I made some simplification on the Container interface and introduce a CDISE object to clearly remove SE feature (shutdown) from EE classes. 

Please take a look at https://github.com/cdi-spec/cdi/pull/290 . to review API change (I'm still working on the spec part)
