[cdi-dev] Please review PR 270

Hi guys,

As we said during last meeting, we need to release an alpha of the API ASAP
to help TCK team in their work.
PR270 introduces a lot of new interfaces (and a class) so it will trigger a
lot of code on TCK side.

So if you have time to review it by the end of the week-end please do so.
