[~avsokolov] that's incorrect.  We expose an SPI that does that, for instance how DeltaSpike uses {{InjectionTarget.inject}} - https://github.com/apache/deltaspike/blob/master/deltaspike/core/api/src/main/java/org/apache/deltaspike/core/api/provider/BeanProvider.java#L461
