[dna-dev] Releasing 0.6

I agree that we're due for an interstitial release.  There's been a lot
of clean-up and additions since 0.5.  I think that we're pretty close to
having the Eclipse plugin as well though - it may be work waiting a week
for it.  I'd love to hear others' opinions on that.
