    Description: Create a connector that supports federating from multiple sources.  Each federated repository (aka, FederatedRepositorySource) should be separately configurable.  Also create a RepositoryService that manages multiple RepositorySource instances and the connection pools for each.   (was: Create a federation service that supports and manages multiple federated repositories, where a federated repository merges the information from multiple federation sources.  Each federated repository should be separately configurable.)
