The "org.jboss.dna.repository.util.ExecutionContext" is really a "JcrExecutionContext" that should extend the "org.jboss.dna.spi.ExecutionContext" (which is now "org.jboss.dna.spi.graph.connection.ExecutionEnvironment").  We need to rename (and move) these two classes along with all the implementations, documentation, uses, and test cases.  This may get messy.
