    Description: Sequencers need access to the namespace registry to register new namespaces encountered within information being sequenced.  Making it available via the NameFactory helps make it clear that it is the same registry the implementation uses when resolving namespaces in paths and path expressions.  Also suggest adding a constant for the frequently-used name "jcr:primarytype" to NameFactory.
