Added 2 files to trunk: eclipse-code-formatter-profile.xml, which contains the code formatter profile XML that can be imported via the Formatter preference page in Eclipse, and eclipse-preferences.epf, which can be imported via the Eclipse Preferences importer.  The latter file does NOT contain formatter preferences since its encoding within this file would make it very difficult to maintain."
