Add support for MP4 and other audio files in the MP3 sequencer

The MP3 sequencer is currently hard-coded to use an ".mp3" temporary file (since the JAudioTagger library only reads files).  We probably need to change the sequencing framework to understand the type of content being processed (perhaps by having properties specified to each sequencer configuration).  Alternatively, pass the type into the SequencingConfig and have different SequencingConfigs for different audio file formats.
