JBoss Cache has released 2.2.1GA, which is a patch fix over the version we're using (2.2.0GA).  Upgrade the JBoss Cache Connector to use 2.2.1GA.

(There is also 3.0.0CR1, but that's a major upgrade that includes API changes that are not compatible with our JBoss Cache connector.)
