Adds JcrContentHandler and ties it in to the session import methods.  Also overloads addNode to support passing in a UUID for the new node (as required by spec when importing for certain values of ImportUUIDBehavior).

Also uncomments several tests in the TCK that now pass fully.  SerializationTest, in particular, required a lot of additional configuration for the TCK repository.

Also split out the different credentials in the repository instead of reusing the same credentials for all access levels.
